1 cup almond milk (homemade recipe here)
3 tablespoons cacao nibs or 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon unsulfured blackstrap molasses
5 ice cubes
1 pinch sea salt
Note: If you're in need of additional calcium or iron, add an extra tablespoon of blackstrap molasses.
Place all the ingredients in a blender. If you are using a regular blender, substitute ground cacao for cacao nibs for a smoother finished texture.
Blend until smooth.
