I love this Thanksgiving Smoothie because it's loaded fiber, healthy fat, antioxidants, essential vitamins and minerals that will energize you as well as keep your immune system working at optimal levels - an absolute essential for everyone in the family this time of year.

Dietary Info



½ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup baked sweet potato
½ cup raspberries
¼ cup roasted beets
½ cup homemade coconut milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
4 ice cubes
1 cup purified water

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender.

Blend until smooth.
