1 1/2 cups cut strawberries
1 1/2 cups honeydew melon
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar reduction
2 tablespoons packed and finely chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Wash all of the berries and cut the strawberries into slices. Cut the ends off the melon, remove the rind using a sharp knife and chop the melon into 1" chunks. Place the cut and washed fruit in a bowl and mix.
In a small bowl combine the apple cider vinegar reduction, grated ginger, cut basil and toasted sesame seeds.
Pour the dressing over the fruit, mix thoroughly and serve.
The fruit salad will last in your fridge for three days and is best served cold. Enjoy!
